Our first project
In December 2023, we embarked on our first project. Set in the upcoming surftown Kedungu, Project Satu offers 3 bedroom villas just 3 minutes away from the beach.

Kedungu has its unique charm—surrounded by picturesque rice fields and mountain views, with black sand beaches just a short walk away. This tranquil yet trendy area offers an authentic Bali experience, just 20 minutes north of Canggu. The town is quietly emerging, with an international school and co-working space opening in 2025, a new padel court, stylish cafés and restaurants, and an upcoming beach club.
